Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Intseo Media ("we", "us") processes personal data when you use link-building-germany.com and when you contact us about German link building services. We act as the data controller for data collected through this website.

We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and deliver services:
- Contact form: name, email, website URL, budget selection, message text, and GDPR consent record
- Communications: emails, call notes, and project correspondence you send us
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referral source via server logs or analytics
- Contract and billing data if you become a client
How we use your information
We use personal data to:
- Respond to quote requests and sales enquiries
- Design and deliver link building campaigns you purchase
- Send service updates, invoices, and essential policy notices
- Improve website performance and content based on aggregated usage
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use contact form data for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
Legal bases (GDPR/DSGVO)
- Contract and pre-contract steps: handling quote requests and delivering services
- Legitimate interests: B2B outreach to business contacts, fraud prevention, and site security
- Consent: contact form GDPR checkbox and optional marketing where applicable
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and regulatory retention
Formspree and other processors
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (Formspree endpoint: https://formspree.io/f/xqenglqv). Formspree acts as a data processor and stores submissions to deliver them to our inbox. Their privacy policy applies to their processing: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We also use vetted processors for hosting, email, CRM, and analytics. Each is bound by data processing terms appropriate to EU/UK requirements.
Cookies and analytics
We may use privacy-focused or standard analytics to understand traffic patterns. Where required, we request consent before non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through browser settings and any consent banner we display.
International transfers
Some processors may store data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
Retention
- Enquiry data: up to 18 months if no contract is signed, then deleted unless you request earlier removal
- Client project data: duration of contract plus statutory retention for tax and legal records (typically 6 to 10 years for business records)
- Server logs: rolling deletion, typically 30 to 90 days
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and vendor review for systems that hold personal data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we follow industry practices and review controls regularly.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or other applicable jurisdictions, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete data where no overriding legal basis exists
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability where processing is automated and based on consent or contract
- Withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority
Submit requests to privacy@intseomedia.com or fabi@site-media.co.uk. We respond within one month unless complexity requires an extension.
Children
Our services are B2B. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
